We’re a day away from the last weekend before Ramadan, still not sure how the weekend will go?
Well, for now I can give you some hints for tonight because apparently all the clubs and venues are wrapping up their summer parties and events!
Amici bar who has recently gained the loyalty of many for its famous and unique cocktail bar is throwing tonight what they’re claiming it to be a “BLACKOUT” party. People might get a little carried away tonight with the name of the party so let’s hope we don’t see a couple of ambulances at the door!
Also the last “Summer in the City” event is going to be held tonight same place (Fairmont), same rules and same reservation policy. I personally did not attend any of them but I heard from a couple of friends that they’re a great deal of fun on the rooftop Sky Pool, which I think has a breathtaking view. Also O Bar is throwing “Pop Night” tonight where DJ Moody is going to be spinning.
If you’re in no mood to party, honestly I am not haha, Eftekasat are performing at the Opera House tonight, such a relaxing way to end your weekend and listen to exotic oriental jazz and spirit lifting tunes, don’t you think? Well if you’re interested the concert starts at 8pm and ends at 10pm and you’ll find your tickets there but go a little bit earlier because they might be running out already!
Last but not least my all-time favorite place in Zamalek, Wings in Flavour (WIF) is preparing for its last karaoke night before Ramadan, probably one of the most fun nights there where you can sing and act all stupid with your friends and you don’t get to be judged! I also heard there’s an Ice-cream Festival at Al Sawy Cultural Wheel, I don’t know you guys but I think the whole Scoop Empire team should go, really.
Oh by the way, last weekend did not go as planned, at all! And so I have an advice to all of you, try and be more spontaneous, it’s more fun!
