Ramadan is upon us and one thing Egyptians are obsessed with are adverts. Whether it’s the annual Coca-Cola vs. Pepsi race or telecom companies shading over each other, we find ourselves glued to our seats, mesmerized by the copywriters and directors.
This year, another series of ads are blessing our lives and they’re not Ramadan related. This time it’s all about FIFA 2018 and Egypt’s national football team playing in Russia.
Telecom company, Vodafone Egypt, just released a series of ads that are basically short movies starring none other than our football players, alongside Egypt’s biggest actors. They’re hilarious, well-written, well-directed and we would expect nothing less from a JWT production.
Here are the three ads released by Vodafone Egypt starring some of Egypt’s national team members alongside Dalal Abdel Aziz, Yasmine Sabry, and many more. Let’s wish there are at least six more of these epic ads.
