The Pasta Bar, recently opened in a quiet side street in Maadi close to the renowned “Il Mulino”. As you can infer from the name the place is all about our favorite dish, and what it’s doing to pasta is literally revolutionary.

The place offers a wide variety of pasta dishes with crazy yet delish fusions! Although I’m all for Mac N Cheese – and theirs was amazing – my favorite fusion was the pasta with Kiri and pastrami! This might sound more like a pie than a pasta, but from the moment I tasted it, I simply fell in love. You should also try the Nutty Roquefort pasta.
