Just picture this, you’re sitting on the couch on a Friday afternoon, it’s cold outside and you’re just glad that it’s your day off from work. You don’t want to go outside but you also don’t want to sit and watch shows all day. So what do you do? Well, you can call your friends and immerse yourselves into a fun night with some delicious snacks, a playlist to set the mood, and of course, that game that will help you determine a friend from a foe.

    Playlist

We all have different musical preferences, and that’s okay. But what about a playlist that includes songs in both Arabic and English from various genres? You can listen to the cheerful tunes of “The King” Mohamed Mounir and some R&B/Soul beats by The Weeknd on a playlist we’ve put together for you on Anghami. The playlist is a blend of diverse genres to provide you with the ideal evening where you can socialize with your friends and hopefully bond over music. So go and check our carefully curated playlist here.

    Snacks

For snacks, you can have a different array of delicious products like Biskrem; the perfect blend of chocolate and biscuit. But that’s not all because you can even buy Poplay caramel popcorn to spice things up. You can amp up the flavor and purchase Sunbites and guacamole-dip them for that extra savory punch. Additionally, you can also get Nachos and dip them in cheese, guacamole, or tomato sauce. Pringles is another popular snack that you can either eat on its own or dip in one of the sauces listed above. But where can you buy these snacks for a good price? Well, Seoudi Market and On The Run stores are the perfect places to buy these products at an affordable price. They have stores everywhere across Cairo and they’re open most of the time.

    Games

When it comes to games, there are a number of games that you can enjoy whether they’re card or board games or even apps. For example, Guess Up is a fun game where you choose a category like ‘famous people’ or ‘songs’ and try to act it out for others to guess. You can easily download it through the App Store or Google play store. Another fun card game is UNO where you have to think about time and try to manage it better. It also focuses on decisive action when under pressure. There is also Drop A Hint where one person guesses while the other three people work together to get their teammate to guess a word, each person saying one word at a time. Both games can be purchased online or through local stationary stores such as Bakier or gas stations like On The Run. If you’re looking for an interesting game very similar to truth or dare, Say and Do is a perfect choice. You pick a card and you either choose to say whatever the question is on the card or do the act or dare as some people may call it. It’s a fun game that’s for sure.

Dixit is another entertaining game in which players alternate in the “storyteller” position. The storyteller announces a word, phrase, or story and then secretly turns down a card from their hand to match it. Each player has a hand full of cards with obscure graphics and the remaining players must then choose a card from their hands that they believe most closely matches the phrase or word that was said. Then there is “Code Names,” a game in which there are 25 codenames (words) on the table and two teams each have a spymaster assigned to them. The spymaster of each team is aware of the spies who go by the codenames for their team, and he or she then provides hints to help teams guess the agents’ codenames. The winning team is the team that discovers the identities of all of its agents or the opposing team discovers the assassin card.

Last but not least, Catan is a town-building game where you and up to three other players battle to gather resources and construct buildings across a tiny island. You’ll be trading with other players to get the resources you most need, and you’ll be building new communities and routes to get points for victory. The game is won by the first player to accumulate 10 victory points.
