On Thursday, Sir Magdi Yacoub was honored by His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, as part of the third Arab Hope Makers annual event. As part of the event, the New Magdi Yacoub Global Heart Hospital in Cairo received a total of EGP 360 million in donations.
