15 Signs You’re Becoming a Crazy Arab Cat Lady (or Gentleman) and You’re Okay With It

Do you ever find yourself staring at the #CatsOfInstagram hashtag during work? Do your friends roll their eyes every time you show them an adorbz cat picture? Do you own a Facebook album, scrap book, or a small shrine dedicated to cats? If you relate to any of these things, well, you my friend are a cat lady (or gentlemen) in the making.

Here are more signs if you’re unsure:

1. All you do at work is watch cat videos

2. You always find a way to turn every conversation into cats

3. There’s no such thing as black clothing anymore

4. But you’re totally okay with it

5. Any scratches you have on your body from trying to befriend a cat are viewed as trophies

6. Sometimes you forget that you’re not 80 years old

7. This is how you sext

8. Your Instagram is just pictures of your cat(s)

9. So are your Snapchat stories

10. If you go to a house party where someone has a cat, you automatically forget how to socialize with humans

11. What is the point of dogs? Seriously? 

12. Poop-scooping is just a normal everyday part of your routine

13. Going grocery shopping at Metro usually always ends up with you adopting a new cat

Tonight, the Galalah and Somers household adopted three #kittens. They were found in a garbage bin and nobody else would take care of them. They kept screaming and screaming until we got them home and fed them the closest thing to Mommy #Cat milk and they’re now sleeping like precious little babies. We are hoping we can keep them alive.
