Business Bay’s JW Marriott Marquis in Dubai will no longer be the world’s tallest hotel. As another hotel from the same emirate is set to take the title in the first quarter of 2018.

The 365 meters Gevora Hotel will overthrow JW Marriott Marquis by just one meter. The hotel is located on Sheikh Zayed Road in the Trade Center area and will have 528 guest rooms and suites and four restaurants; in 75 floors.

According to Time Out Dubai, the smallest deluxe rooms measure 46 sqm, and the largest two-bedroom suite measuring 85 sqm.
