For all the comics and gaming fans out there get ready for the seventh edition of The Middle East Film & Comic Con (MEFCC) for it’s coming back on the 5th of April at the Dubai World Trade Centre (DWTC).
MEFCC is the first and largest pop culture event in the Middle East and this year it’s going to be bigger and better than ever before. The Event will feature more celebrity guests, comic book artists, gaming, workshops, and cosplay fun.
Here’s the list of celebrities for this years event
Karen Gillan
Karen Gillan is a Scottish Actress, known for her role as Amy Pond in the British sci-fi TV series Doctor Who. Gillan has also starred as Nebula in Guardians of the Galaxy in 2014. Her latest movie, Jumanji, was a great hit in the Middle East with 1.4 million tickets sold.
Carice Van Houten
Carice Van Houten, AKA The Red Lady and who’s known by all Game of Thrones fans, is a Dutch Actress and Singer. She is best known for her lead roles in Paul Verhoeven’s Black Book, and as Nina Von Stauffenberg, opposite Tom Cruise in Valkyrie.
Karl Urban
Urban is a New Zealand Actor, best known for his performances in The lord of the Rings, Star Trek, and Xena Warrior. He also played Skurge in the 2017 Marvel Studios film Thor: Ragnarok.
Jason David Frank
The most popular Power Ranger out there! The Mighty Morphin Green Ranger. Jason’s character has appeared in 225 episodes, more episodes than any other ranger. He also starred in Might Morphin Power Rangers the Movie in 1995 and Turbo: A Power Ranger Movie in 1997.

Kubert is an American Comics Artist who is known for his work at Marvel Comics and DC Comics. He illustrated 17 issues of Larry Hama’s Wolverine from the 1993 to 1996.
