Summertime is finally here! As you get ready for windswept hair and sun-kissed waves, it’s time to overhaul your wardrobe. When (attempting) to pack light for your weekend getaways, nothing works best than those rare moments when the stars align and you are able to seamlessly take your look from dusk to dawn.

Summer 2015 is about just that – utilizing your wardrobe to the max. So why save your swimwear for just a beach day when you can rock it at your favorite night spot? We spoke to Sara El Mofty, founder and designer of Egypt’s new hot swimwear line Saya to get her tips on taking swimwear from the sand to the spotlight.

One-pieces are coming back, and the subtle sexiness is even more enhanced with a little coverage on the neckline and peek-a-boo cutouts along the sides. Why not take that backless onesie, slip on a long maxi skirt or high-waist shorts and you’ve got yourself luxe party look for a hot summer night.

Beach dresses or kaftans need not be just for frolicking by the sea. Luxe it up with a slip dress underneath or, better yet, a wrap mini and crop top and pair with chunky wedges for an overall upgraded day-to-evening look.

The crop top for Summer ’15 is coming back in full force. Transform your bikini top into a crop top with high-waist pants for a jumpsuit look with a little peek-a-boo stomach action or ripped boyfriend jeans and sandals for a laid back 70s look at your next beach-side BBQ.

For more inspiration and cutting-edge homegrown swimwear designed in Cairo and made in Dubai, visit www.sayaswimwear.com or check it out for yourself at the Pop Up Shop in Downtown Katameya. Saya offers free delivery anywhere in Cairo and will be launching soon in Dubai. Stay tuned!
