Here’s Your Ultimate Guide to Cairo Tents This Ramadan!

One of the most solid aspects of Ramadan in Cairo every year is spending the night hanging out in a Ramadan tent! Although their prices are higher than they should be, people still overpopulate nearly all Ramadan tents in Cairo, especially during weekends. However, who can blame them? Ramadan tents have cool live oriental music, beautiful decorations, and sometimes good food and shisha! Tents are ideal destinations for friends to gather, listen to top singers, and take Instagram-worthy pictures in a Ramadan-inspired setting.

This year, Ramadan started on a Monday rather than a weekend, thus, most cool tents scheduled their openings on the weekends. There are some promising newcomers and tents that have established themselves in the past years. If you’re not aware of the top Cairo tents this Ramadan season, you can check out the list below, and thank us later!

    3al Tawla

    Via Galleria 40

3altawla by Galleria 40 was super successful last year and is returning this year for another Ramadan season! Their opening takes place this Thursday with a very intense weekend. One of the most popular Egyptian superstars, Mohamed Fouad, on Thursday, and one of the leading bands in the Arab world, Sharmoofers, on Friday!

    Afandina Fe Mirage

    Via Afandina Fe Mirage

Afandina Fe Mirage at Renaissance Cairo Mirage Hotel is one of the safest options you can pick for your Ramadan nights. The hotel is situated in a quiet area in the heart of New Cairo, the view by the pool is amazing, and the food is nice. Mostafa Hagag is performing this Friday!

    Bab Al-Qasr

    Via Facebook

Royal Kempinski Palace’s Bab Al-Qasr was one of the most successful tents in the past couple of years! They’re getting ready to return with one hell of an opening weekend with Superstar Pousi this Friday! The venue is majestic and the food is as delish as you’d expect from the prestigious hotel.

    Sehraya

    Via Al Guezira Plaza

Al Guezeira Plaza is hosting its very own Ramadan tent this year, Sehraya. We don’t know much about what they have in store for entertainment, but they already announced a special screening for Game of Thrones’ fifth episode this Monday!

    Wust El Balad

    Via Wust El Balad

Wust El Balad by The Nile Ritz Carlton is literally in the heart of Downtown Cairo. The tent is situated in a huge beautiful garden at the hotel, with a stunning, unforgettable view. This is the third year for Wust El Balad, full of Ramadan festivities and vibes.

    Layaly El Khedewy

Dusit Thani’s Layaly El Khedewy is back this year promising to be better than ever! Last year, they had a wonderful line-up of stars, including Leithy, Tarek El Sheikh, and Hegazy Metkal, and we can’t wait to see what they have in store this year.

WE SAID THIS: Did we miss your favorite tent?
