Kcal
It offers a variety of healthy food where you can satisfy all your cravings, from burgers to lasagna to delicious chocolate treats — it doesn’t get much better than that. The prices are extremely affordable and the service is outstanding. It’s one of my personal favorite picks when I’m trying to shed a few pounds.
Kcal has several branches in Al Mohandsin, 6th of October City and the 5th Settlement. Kcal also offers a service that allows customers to order their meals at home weekly instead of eating your meals at the branch each time. The minimum amount of days you can order is three and the maximum is 14.
Lychee
If you’re in the mood for a fresh smoothie or a healthy snack amongst a variety of other types of food, then Lychee is the place for you! Lychee is known for its delicious smoothies that are freshly squeezed and made as you order them. You can order a vanilla blueberry sensation called Ultra Violet Berry or you may be in the mood for a post-workout peanut butter and bananas protein shake.
Whatever drink you decide to choose, you can be sure that its doctor approved and it’s insanely delicious. Lychee also offers a detox program. Lychee is located in Zamalek, Maadi, Cairo Festival City, Kattameya Heights, as well as Marassi and the North Coast.
Gourmet
Gourmet is where you can buy the healthiest ingredients so that you can create your favorite dishes at home. Gourmet has fully organic and fresh food as well. You’ll find it in Maadi, Zamalek, Citystars and 5th Settlement. It’s also available in Hacienda so you can have a healthy summer as well!
Saludable
Saludable is the perfect place to create your own salads. It basically offers a salad bar where you get to choose from a variety of ingredients. Saludable also offers frozen yogurt, wraps, light pasta and fresh juices; it’s pretty much the best place to stop for a quick meal. Saludable is located in Maadi and New Cairo.
Fresh Food Market
The country’s newest grocery store revolutionizes the actual grocery shopping concept as you don’t just shop there, you can also eat. Any healthy product your healthy heart will desire, you’ll find there. Fresh Food Market is located in New Cairo and Sheikh Zayed.
Fitnation
Fitnation is for everyone who can’t be bothered to actually go out of their way to shop for dem healthy things. They will literally come right to your doorsteps with meals that are specially-customized for you.
Fitchen
Too many times your nutritionist has come to you with a plan to guilt you into going for some bland, tasteless meal plan. Too many times you have wanted to respond by punching them in the face. Well, now, thanks to Fitchen, those days are no more.
