    Eid Al-Adha is upon us, and as the Middle East prepares for the long vacation, each country adds its own spice to the metaphorical pie to create festivities of its flavor. Dubai is no exception, offering a whole new level of class and luxury unique to the MENA region.

    What To Expect?

    A lot is happening every year in Dubai, from firework celebrations to events and concerts; If you’re traveling to Dubai, you will not be at a loss as to what to do.

    Firework Festivities

    One of the biggest staples in Dubai are its fireworks, thanks to its massive skyscrapers and several capable venues. You can expect to see elaborate firework shows at several locations in Dubai this year, including the Dubai Festival City Mall, where they’ll do an impressive display for viewers to enjoy on June 29. Alongside the fireworks display, there will also be a huge multi-sensory spectacle of laser, light and water so be sure not to miss it.

    Hussain Al Jassmi & Kadim Al Sahir Concert

    This Eid holiday is going to be packed with show stopping musical performances with the hottest being the one-night-only performance of Hussain Al Jassmi and Kadim Al Sahir at the Coca-Cola Arena on July 1.

    Mohamed Abdo Concert

    The next day, in the same venue, beloved legendary singer and Saudi icon Mohamed Abdo is going to take the stage at the Coca-Cola Arena for a spectacular Eid show on July 2. The esteemed vocalist and oud player has been entertaining crowds for more than 60 years with his heartfelt melodies, making this Eid performance one of the highly anticipated events in Dubai. The performance will start at 8pm, with available tickets starting from 295 dirhams.

    Food

    Throughout the Eid holidays are special, exclusive food deals and experiences. Time to get your fill of Dubai’s finest gastronomic delicacies with the city’s many restaurants.

    Boca

    Boca is a special restaurant that boasts Mediterranean flavors and local ingredients. They are known for their creative dishes that have a big focus on sustainability. From June 29 till July 2, you can try out their special Eid menu only for 150 dirhams.

    Boaz

    If you are a lover of Turkish food and want to get teleported to Istanbul, you need to head to Boaz and enjoy their unmatched dishes from their exclusive set menu that is available for 265 dirhams for two people.

    Pai Thai

    Take a ride across the meandering waters of Madinet Jumeirah to arrive at this special Thai joint known as Pai Thai. They know how to elevate popular Asian delicacies using only the finest ingredients. This Eid, you can enjoy their delicious meals through their Summer Siam three-course menu that will be available from today to July 2 for 255 dirhams per person.

    Bombay Brasserie

    For a taste of the spicy, rich and flavorful gastronomic creations of the Indian subcontinent, you need to head to Bombay Brasserie. They offer both contemporary and classic Indian dishes that are packed with flavor. From June 29 to 30, you can try their special four course Eid menu that costs 225 dirhams per diner.

    There are so many places to choose from when deciding where to go in Dubai, but we whittled them down to just a handful to keep you from getting overwhelmed. So check them out below, there’s something for everybody.

    LEGOLAND

    LEGOLAND is offering some fun for the whole family this Eid and extending it throughout the summer. At the venues, you’ll be able to enjoy the different waterslides, LEGO Wave Pool, and DUPLO Splash Safari at the waterpark. You can also check out the tallest LEGO model and have fun on the LEGO-themed rides at LEGOLAND too! If you book online, the prices for both their general day and water park ticket is 295 dirhams. Paying at the entrance differs, with the price for both kinds of tickets costing 330 dirhams. For more information, you can call them on +97148200000.

    Green Planet Dubai

    This tropical rainforest within a biodome is perfect for those who want to look at nature close up in a different setting. Different birds, reptiles, animals, insects, and fish share the venue that will make any nature lover feel at home. Tickets online are for AED160 for the whole tropical experience.     IMG Worlds

    While there isn’t an offer on their ticket prices, IMG Worlds has already started their festivities since the beginning of the month, which include a street-style souq, jungle dances, fairy wing performers, stage acts, and delicious food.

    The Frame Dubai

    One of the most unique places in the world, the Frame Dubai is truly something else. An architectural landmark recognizable to the city, it’s the largest frame in the world, where visitors can see modern Dubai from one side and parts of the old city from the other.

    It’s a new must-try experience as you won’t see it anywhere else. Adult tickets are for AED50, while AED20 for children.

    Museum Of The Future

    The Museum of the Future is a different experience because while other museums look at the past, this one looks at what it’s like to live in the future and what kind of advancements humanity can achieve.

    Having a striking architectural design; it’s one you don’t want to miss. You can take a journey into space, see what future heroes are up to, and time travel to the year 2071. Tickets are for AED149.
