Ramadan dramas never miss when it comes to iconic performances, and this year is no different. From gut-wrenching emotions to effortless comedy, these actors are carrying their shows and leaving us obsessed. Here’s who’s been stealing the spotlight so far:

    Jehan Elshamashergy – Ekhwaty

Talent? Check. Beauty? Check. The ability to make us feel every emotion she feels? Double check. She’s been nothing short of mesmerizing.

Ahmed Malek – Welad El Shams

That reunion scene with his mom? Yeah, we all sobbed. And let’s not even mention Moftah’s death—Malek shattered us, and we’re still recovering.

Mahmoud Hemida – Welad El Shams

Peak villain energy. The kind of evil that makes your blood boil. Chilling, powerful, unforgettable.

    Donia Sami – 80 Bako

From petty and envious to someone you actually start rooting for—she played it all so well. We can’t wait to see what she has for us in Nos El Shaab Esmo Mohamed.

Huda El Mofty – 80 Bako

Not the role we expected from her, but she delivered. Playing a girl from a modest upbringing so naturally? We love a range queen.

Mariam El Khosht – Kamel El Adad ++

So real, so effortless. Her natural performance pulls you in, and she fit seamlessly with the Kamel El Adad ++ family. And when it comes to her love triangle? We were on edge the whole time.

Sherif Salama – Kamel El Adad ++

The definition of a real dad. That scene where he almost hit Farida? The anger, the regret, the emotional whiplash—he nailed it.

Hesham Maged – Ashghal Shaqqa Gedan

Comedy that feels easy and natural. He doesn’t just land his jokes—he makes everyone around him shine too.

Ahmed Abd El Wahab – Ashghal Shaqqa Gedan

Every scene with him as Fady? Gold. The comedic timing, the delivery—hilarious.

    Diab – Alby w Moftaho

Genuinely terrifying. No one does ruthless like Diab, and this role proves it yet again.

Mahmoud Azab – Alby w Moftaho

A man full of pure, heartbreaking kindness. He made us feel every ounce of his struggle, and that’s what great acting is all about.

    Entesar – Ish Ish

She owned this Ramadan. Whether in Ish Ish or 80 Bako, she stole every scene. A retired belly dancer forcing her daughter into the same life? The drama, the attitude—she ate this role.

From emotional breakdowns to terrifying villains to comedy gold, these performances made the first half of Ramadan a season for the books.

Malak cannot seem to get enough of Literature - so much so that she has pursued it in both her BA and MA, and the love affair is still going strong. Aside from her love for words, humans generally fascinate her. She spends a lot of her time analyzing the minds of people around her and watching criminal minds. She is still fairly new in adulthood, and until now, nothing has made sense in life but chocolate.
