Sure, the holy month comes with its struggles, yet we love it! I did a survey with Muslims I know from all over the world on why they loved Ramadan. Here are some of the answers.

A lot of people answered that they love the Ramadan lifestyle in their home countries. Staying up all night, sleeping when they could during the day. Maybe that misses the purpose of the holy month but it is what it is. And it’s fun!

So true. Many others said the same thing. Usually, with our busy lives we have separate meals and sometimes eat completely alone. In Ramadan, Iftar brings everyone together. I mean, even when people are fasting, they could spend time together wasting time till Maghreb.
Aside from getting together with the family, I get to go to my local masjid and pray besides my friends and break my fast with them. Plus you get to check yourself during Ramadan. –Amani, from California
