Why Arab Men Make Excellent Partners

The first thing I used to notice about Arab men is how controlling they were, and in an instant I would be put off, stereotyping all men in my head as controlling, aggressive and Si El Sayed kind of style.

Dreaming of meeting a foreign convert that wasn’t as strict as most foreigners who convert to Islam was just that – a non-existent dream.

And coming back to reality, I realized that there’s a lot more to Arab men than how I visualized them in my head. They really are one of a kind.

    They’re protective

    protective

It might feel like they’re a little too protective at times, but let’s be honest, being with an Arab man feels safe. You know that as long as they’re around, you don’t need to worry about a single thing.

    They’re ged3an

    superman-lois-lane

Being a man is a big deal in the Arab world. They’re reliable, dependable and would literally do anything for you if they truly love you. They take full responsibility over you and whatever you need; at whatever cost, they will find a way to do it for you.

They’ll look out for their kids

    Sudan

Yes, Arab men can be somewhat lazy when it comes to helping out around the house or changing diapers, but they’ll always be thinking of their kids’ future, working really hard to make sure they can send them to college, buy them a flat and maintain a certain standard of living.

No need to worry about your kids’ future or student loans, because an Arab man will do everything he possibly can for his kids and make sure they turn into decent human beings.

    They’re generous

Arab men will make you feel like a queen. They don’t just offer to pay for everything from the moment you see them, they take it personally if you so much as try to argue.

I personally feel awkward when someone pays anything for me, but it is kind of cute how they feel so responsible for you.

    They’ve got your back

    ive-got-your-back-amy-hoey

Whether it’s a passer by harassing you or a flat tire on the ring road, Arab men will always come to your rescue and make you feel like there’s no one else you’ll ever need in the world.

    They’re reliable

    TrustHands-crop-Bart_Sadowski_1

Whenever you need them, they’ll always be there. Count on them to help you out of a tough situation, an emotional breakdown or even something as simple as running a few errands for you. They’re always looking for ways to make your lives easier.

    They put you first

Whether it’s because they know they’ll have to put up with a lot of nagging and will forever be held accountable for the one time they didn’t, Arab men have learned to always put the women in their lives first.

Why dial an emergency number when you have the number of the one person that will be willing to help at any time of day on speed dial?

They put up with our shit

    Tears of trust

Let’s be honest, Arab women aren’t easy either and we seriously have no idea idea what we want. Yes, they find it annoying and yes, we drive them nuts, but at the end of the day, they still stick around and we should give them credit for that!

    They’re genuine

    c_gogn_einkamal_pinochio

If they’re willing to do all of the above, then you should know you mean the world to them and everything they say and do for you is genuine. So let go of the small things, the things they don’t remember and try to always see the positive side and how lucky you are to have someone like that by your side.
