Have you ever seen your favorite Arab celebrity on TV and then got this weird deja vu moment like you’ve seen them before but as a cartoon character? Well, we can relate and so for a bit of fun, we compiled a list of Arab celebs and their hilariously unexpected cartoon lookalikes, enjoy!

Nadine Njeim & Shark Tale’s Lola

Bringing all the sass, sensuality and confidence to Shark Tale is Lola, known as the lion-fish up to no good. Now, we hope you don’t deny this but we believe that gorgeous Lebanese actress and beauty pageant titleholder Nadine Njeim is her literal doppelgänger in human form, but she could do no wrong, of course.

    Adam Wahdan & Nemo

He is known as the adorable kid who took over our screens during the 2023 Ramadan season starring in shows like ‘Sofara’ and ‘Gat Salima’. Wahdan is the kid star who knew how to take over our hearts. In a similar vein, we also connected with a very cute and special character on the screen, Nemo. Now you have to admit that both Wahdan and Nemo have an uncanny resemblance whether in terms of their adorable personalities or cute faces.

    Myriam Fares & Brave’s Merida

Being fierce is a trait reserved for only a few. Having bold red locks also adds to that fierce factor and that is why, we believe that Lebanese superstar Myriam Fares and Scottish princess Merida from Brave are doppelgängers.

Huda El Mufti & Violet Parr

Known as the breakout star taking over Egypt’s cinematic and TV scene, Huda El Mufti is breaking new ground by taking on new roles as she continues to grow as an actress. We all know that she has that distinct kind of beauty. Now, if you ever watched ‘The Incredibles’ and saw Violet Parr, you may have thought that Huda El Mufti could’ve easily been behind the one behind the mask.

    Elneny & Antonio Madrigal

With those famous curly locks and big smile, Egyptian footballer Mohamed Elneny knew how to make a name for himself as a defensive midfielder. Taking a major detour into the world of music and family life is another beloved figure, a special character if you will, known as Antonio Madrigal from the Disney flick ‘Encanto.’ If you pay close attention, you’ll notice how the two are actually very similar, a sort of brother duo.

    Maya Diab & Melody Valentine

Considered one of the most talented pop stars in the Arab world is Maya Diab, the blonde Lebanese bombshell who has been slaying the stage. We’d like to also introduce you to another blonde bombshell but her cartoon version. Meet Melody Valentine, the sweet and bubbly drummer from the Josie & the Pussycat Dolls band. Now, if you put the two side by side, you can’t deny their resemblance.

    Asmaa Abulyazeid & Moana

Known as the star who dominated the Arabic version of “Jane The Virgin”, Asmaa Abulyazeid is the gorgeous actress who stole our hearts back in 2019. Now if you watched ‘Moana’, we have a feeling you did a double take as you can’t deny that she has a major likeness Abulyazeid.
