The wonderful ladies at Heya Health are hosting a women’s only (heck yea!), full day of fitness fun on Saturday, Mar. 28 at the AUC New Cairo Sports Complex and we can’t wait to break a sweat and burn some serious calories!
This is their second edition, and this time they’ve got a mix of Cairo fitness favorites and new programs that look like they’ll become our latest exercise obsession: CrossFit by Riham Masoud, Sarah Yassin Yoga, Jazzercise, JumpingEgypt, Reform Pilates, Ignite Egypt, Pole Fit, Ugi with Shereen Elbaz, Hers, we’re dying to try Bollywood Dance-Fitness with Hagar Abo Al-Anain and more!
Special Zumba guest instructor Ana Georgescu will be leading a session and Booty Barre will be debuting for the first time in Egypt. And, for all the mamas coming, Cairo Sitters will be there to entertain the little ones with fun games and activities at no extra cost.
You can always get your ticket at the door, but tickets can be purchased for a discount until Friday from Hers Heliopolis, New Cairo and Zamalek; Ignite in Heliopolis; Lettuceat in Zamalek; The Vegan Kitchen in Maadi and Reform at Arkan Plaza.
