Dubai’s dynamic food scene recently celebrated its latest achievements at the fourth annual Michelin Guide awards. This year’s ceremony honored and recognized approximately 119 eateries representing 35 distinct cuisines, with a particularly exciting development: two restaurants earned the highly coveted three-Michelin-star rating for the very first time in Dubai’s history.

With Eid Al-Adha approaching, we’ve selected some of these Michelin-recognized restaurants for your consideration. They offer expertly crafted menus, refined service, and spacious environments, perfect for celebrating with family and friends this festive season.

FZN is Dubai’s first three-Michelin-starred restaurant, located at Atlantis The Palm. It marks Swedish chef Björn Frantzén’s debut in the Middle East and is his third restaurant globally to earn the prestigious three-star rating.

The restaurant offers a nine-course tasting menu that combines modern European fine dining with Japanese influences, featuring luxury ingredients like Norwegian king crab, langoustines, and Brittany turbot.

Guests begin their experience with canapés and aperitifs in a Scandinavian-inspired lounge before moving to dinner at an open kitchen, where they can watch chefs craft each dish.

    Trèsind Studio (3 Michelin Stars)

Trèsind Studio, located at One&Only The Palm on Palm Jumeirah, stands out for its innovative take on Indian cuisine, led by Chef Himanshu Saini.

The restaurant offers an immersive 17-course tasting menu, “Rising India,” which traverses India’s diverse culinary regions. Designed to resemble an intimate theatre, it features an open kitchen where diners can observe the meticulous preparation of each dish.

In addition to its Michelin recognition, Trèsind Studio was named best restaurant in the Middle East for 2024 and ranked 13th globally in the World’s 50 Best Restaurants list also for 2024. It also secured the second spot in the MENA 50 Best Restaurants 2025 rankings.

The restaurant’s seasonal tasting menus use locally sourced ingredients with global culinary influences, featuring dishes that align well with Eid al-Adha traditions, like the Lamb Kebab with Green Plum Korma.

STAY by Yannick Alléno, located at One&Only The Palm on Dubai’s Palm Jumeirah, is a distinguished two-Michelin-starred restaurant renowned for its elegant and refined approach to French gastronomy.

The restaurant offers both à la carte selections and meticulously curated seasonal tasting menus, including the ‘Emotion’ and ‘Experience’ menus.

Notable dishes include the Vitello Tonnato, a classic Italian-inspired starter featuring slow-cooked veal with pickled shallot, and the Filetto di Manzo alla Griglia, a grilled Black Angus beef tenderloin served with green peppercorn sauce and seasonal vegetables.

La Dame de Pic (1 Michelin Star)

La Dame de Pic Dubai, at The Link at One&Only One Za’abeel, marks the Middle East debut of acclaimed French chef Anne-Sophie Pic, who is one of the world’s most Michelin-decorated female chefs.

Opened in February 2024, the restaurant quickly earned a Michelin star in the 2024 Dubai Guide. Signature dishes like Les Berlingots include pasta parcels filled with 24-month-aged Comté cheese.

Norwegian scallops in brown butter with celeriac, sake, and coconut foam reflect the restaurant’s blend of precision and creativity.

The restaurant’s interior combines feminine accents, soft colors, and abstract shapes to create a refined yet cozy ambiance that goes well with its menu.

    11 Woodfire (1 Michelin Star)

11 Woodfire, located in Jumeirah 1, Dubai, is known for its mastery of wood-fired cooking techniques using oak, hickory, and hay. Led by acclaimed Singaporean chef Akmal Anuar, the restaurant has held its Michelin star since Dubai’s inaugural guide in 2022.

Standout dishes include lamb chops infused with North African chermoula and topped with crispy garlic, and a decadent wagyu burger layered with gouda and sriracha.

The restaurant’s open-kitchen design enhances its warm, industrial-chic setting. In 2025, it earned a coveted spot at No. 28 on MENA’s 50 Best Restaurants list.

    Bait Maryam (Bib Gourmand)

Bait Maryam, located in Jumeirah Lakes Towers, is known for its heartfelt Levantine cuisine offered at great value. Helmed by Chef Salam Dakkak, the restaurant pays tribute to traditional home-cooked meals inspired by her mother, Maryam.

Bait Maryam serves dishes such as the signature Maryam Fukhara, which are meatballs braised in pomegranate molasses and served in a clay pot.

The restaurant’s inviting atmosphere and deeply personal approach to cooking earned it a spot at No. 15 on the 2025 MENA’s 50 Best Restaurants list. Its generous portions, warm hospitality, and focus on communal dining make Bait Maryam an ideal choice for your festive occasions.
