Ramadan 2025 Love Stories We’re Lowkey Obsessed With

Ramadan series never fails to bring us drama, and this year is no exception. Whether it’s forced marriages, love triangles, or relationships dripping in toxicity, 2025 is serving romance in all its messy glory. Here are the love stories we can’t stop talking about.

    Mayar & Mohamed – Albi W Moftaho

    Fake/Forced Marriage

Forced marriage? Check. Tricked into it? Double check. Mayar is stuck in the ultimate messy situation after getting divorced from her husband three times. She needs a mohallel (a guy she marries temporarily to make her ex halal for her again). Enter Mohamed. Except, plot twist: Mayar outsmarts the system with a fake marriage that ends before it even starts. But guess what? They’re not over each other. Not even close.

Farida, Ali & Seif – Kamel El Adad ++

    Love Triangle

We already love Seif. He’s the good guy, the stable one, the safe choice. But then Ali shows up—the bad boy with charm turned up to a hundred. Suddenly, Farida has options, and we’re here for the love triangle chaos. Will she choose the one who’s been there all along or the one she just can’t resist? Let’s just say we’re staying glued to our screens.

Essam aka Welaa & Sahar – Welad El Shams

    Mommy Issues

Welaa is reckless, young, and constantly trying to prove himself. His wife, Sahar, is older, but that doesn’t stop their marriage from being a mess. The real head-turner? He grew up an orphan, holding onto a single picture of his mother, and now he’s fixated on a woman who has a son almost his age. Maybe he’s looking for love, maybe he’s looking for something deeper—either way, the mommy issues are loud, and we can’t look away.

    Rabea & Naglaa – Ekhwaty

    Toxic Love

Toxic? Beyond. Rabea is the kind of jealous guy who cheats on his wife but won’t even let Noga visit her own sisters, trapping her in a never-ending cycle of misery. But does she still crave his validation? Of course. It’s giving ultimate toxicity, and while we’re not exactly sad he ended up in the fridge, we can’t deny the drama was top-tier.

Kanaria & Fahd – Fahd El Batal

    Slow Burn

Big guy, super protective, always stepping in to save the day? Fahd is that guy. But Kanaria isn’t your typical damsel in distress—she can handle herself just fine. Still, every time he swoops in, we eat it up. And we’re already obsessed with whatever slow-burn, tension-filled romance they’re about to deliver.

Ramadan 2025 is giving us everything—angst, chemistry, and just the right amount of mess. Whether you’re into love triangles or good old-fashioned toxicity, there’s a story for you. Let the shipping wars begin!

Malak cannot seem to get enough of Literature - so much so that she has pursued it in both her BA and MA, and the love affair is still going strong. Aside from her love for words, humans generally fascinate her. She spends a lot of her time analyzing the minds of people around her and watching criminal minds. She is still fairly new in adulthood, and until now, nothing has made sense in life but chocolate.
