    When winter rains and cooler weather hit Cairo, the city takes on a special charm. From cozy coffee shops with skylights to historic spots and creative spaces, here’s how to enjoy Cairo’s cooler season:

    Downtown Cairo’s Belle Époque architecture and Maadi’s leafy streets make for a magical walk on a rainy day. With an umbrella in hand, breathe in the fresh scent of rain as you explore historic buildings, cozy boutiques, and hidden art-filled corners.

    You can also step into the charm of Old Cairo at Khan Gaafar, a lively, narrow alley lined with greenery, small shops, and occasional bazaars. Rain adds a sense of adventure, transforming this spot into a timeless escape!
