    Mango Chicken Curry

Mango chicken curry is a mouthwatering Indian recipe that owes its delectable sweetness to the addition of fresh mangos, the natural sweetness of mangos adds tons of flavor to the curry. Chunks of juicy mangoes are generously scattered throughout the curry sauce, giving every bite an explosion of fruity goodness. However, it’s important to note that the flavor of mangos can vary depending on their ripeness. If you happen to use underripe mangos, you may need to add a little honey to balance the tartness. Conversely, if you use overly ripe mangos, a touch of lime juice or vinegar can help to balance the sweetness. To fully enjoy the mango chicken curry, it’s best to serve it with steamed basmati rice and a simple veggie side to round out the meal.

It can also be used as a dressing for salads or drizzled on sandwiches for an extra punch of flavor.
