Born at the start of the COVID-19 pandemic, Design.To.Go initiative by Esorus helps people modify their homes to increase productivity and decrease depression. Many people have neglected their houses and don’t
invest enough in design; now is the best time to make the space more comfortable and to stay home, stay safe, and stay creative!
After the success of the first round, with 205 requests, 21 live sessions, 72k viewers, and 78 designers, Design.To.Go is back for the second round, and this time it’s for a cause! Not only will one be able to get affordable interior design packages to transform their homes, but the profits will go to Ahl Misr to cover The Burn House Expenses program!
The theme of the second round of Design.To.Go is, “Young fresh ideas meet the experience and realistic challenge to face a mysterious future.” To promote the initiative, they’ll go live, pairing expert designers with young up-and-comers to collaborate in designing the house or office space of a social media figure. The live talks will start from July 5 until August 15,
every Sunday and Wednesday at 9:00 pm, live on Design.To.Go and Esorus’ social media accounts.
The initiative helps to promote the interior design community on Esorus, increase awareness of the culture of investing in interior spaces that help increase productivity and affect mental health, create an opportunity for interior designers and architects to have an impact and community during pandemics, and fundraise to help people who can’t afford to renovate their fire-damaged homes with Ahl Masr.
If you’d like to take part in the initiative, the steps are pretty simple and you’ll be renovating your home/room/workspace while contributing to a noble cause! All you have to do is pick your package, make the payment through Ahl Misr, select your designer from over 45 verified and professional designers, fill the questionnaire, and receive your design!
