Dubai has become one of the most popular tourist destinations in the world. As it continues to build record-breaking wonders, everyone around the globe has an urge to visit the magical city. There are countless things to do in Dubai, and it can be difficult to choose the best among them. However, there are three activities which have always remained the favorite among tourists. Have a look at them.

    Go for a desert safari

Dubai had a miraculous transformation from a desolate desert land. Now, it is filled with high rises, swanky restaurants, and huge shopping malls. But, you should head to the deserts to admire the city’s humble beginnings. Desert safari is the best option to have a delightful day in the sands and know more about the Emirati culture. It is an exciting package with adventures, entertainment, and food. The adventures in the deserts include dune bashing, quad biking, camel riding, and sandboarding.

    • Dune bashing

Dune bashing is a crazy drive along the dunes on an SUV that will keep you on the edge of your seat. A skilled driver will hit the dunes at a vigorous pace. Fasten your seatbelt and get ready for the wildest ride.

    • Quad biking

The bike lovers can go for quad biking. It is a four-wheeled All-terrain vehicle (ATV) designed for off-roading trips. When you are on a quad bike, you can cut through the sand in style. Riding a quad bike is not hard, and you can manage it after some practice.

    • Camel riding

Dubai safari is incomplete without riding on the ships of the deserts. Go camel riding in the desert to ponder over the traditional way of living.

    • Sandboarding

Sandboarding is an exciting solo sport to try in the desert. Just like snowboarding, strap a sandboard onto your feet and slide down the dunes. Don’t worry about falling down as the sand won’t hurt you a bit.

Desert safari is also a golden opportunity to watch the Tanoura and Belly dance shows that are extremely popular in the Middle East. The day will end with a scrumptious dinner in the desert with Arabic, Asian, and Continental dishes.

    Hire a luxury yacht

Everyone who visits Dubai will be dreaming of cruising on a luxury yacht. The comfort and luxury that the yachts provide are matchless. These white floating beauties are the personal pride of Dubai and seduce all globetrotters out there. Yacht Dubai offers a great sightseeing experience in the city. When you closely observe the prominent attractions of Dubai, you will understand one thing. All of them look amazing from the water.

It is understandable from the incredible nautical history of the city, and its iconic landmarks are constructed on the shore of crystal-clear lakes or deep blue oceans. As you cruise on a yacht, you will get mesmerizing views of the most-celebrated spots like Burj Al Arab, Dubai Marina, and Palm Jumeirah. You can also try watersports like snorkeling or scuba diving. Go fishing as it is the ideal pastime when you are amid the ocean.

    Sail on a traditional dhow

Even when Dubai changes as fast as lightning, certain things remain the same for all good reasons. Dhows are the traditional wooden boats that were used for trade in the bygone days. Now, these have become the floating restaurants offering a sumptuous dinner to the tourists as well as residents. It is an outstanding cruising experience that features a blend of sightseeing and entertainment. Savor the dinner while watching a live Tanoura dance.

Dubai Marina is the cruising destination for dhows. As you sail across Marina, you can have glimpses of the numerous skyscrapers, Marina Walk, Jumeirah Beach Residences (JBR), Marina Mall and the Bluewaters Island. Gaze upon Ain Dubai, soon to become the largest Ferris wheel in the world. It is under construction at Bluewaters Island and will be unveiled in 2020.

When you have chosen Dubai as your holiday destination, you are sure to have some great experiences.

WE SAID THIS: Try these famous tourist activities which are unique to this city.
