I know how tough it can be to focus on your health, diet, hydration, maintaining a steady workout routine, and getting the sleep your body needs during Ramadan.

It’s almost impossible to keep up with all of that especially if you’re fasting! I mean, you barely have the energy to carry yourself for the rest of the day. However, we’re lucky to live in the 21st century, where smartphones can make everything easier.

Your smartphone can be your savior this month! I’ve compiled a few apps for you to download, that are guaranteed to make your Ramadan a lot easier and healthier. Most importantly, they should help you form, modify and improve your habits. So, without further ado, here’s the list of must-downloads!

    Ramadan Legacy

This application is available for Android, offering its users an interactive timeline of Ramadan achievements. It works by asking you what are your personal goals throughout the month and so it encourages you to achieve them through inspirational reminders and quotes.

    Healthy Ramadan

Since Ramadan is a month of fasting, when all of us end a long day of not eating with delicious foods and oily finger foods, there’s definitely no self-restraint. This app will help you with dietary notes; what you should and should not eat, via push notifications on when to eat and exercise.

    Muslim Pro

This user-friendly app is available for both iOS and Android users; it’ll notify you with accurate prayer times via push notifications.

    Be My Eyes

This month should be dedicated to giving and good deeds, so dedicate some of your time for community service. This app connects the visually impaired individuals with sighted volunteers in order to help them lead a more independent life.

The feeling of giving back and contributing to the process of making a change to someone’s life is just incredible. This app will not only motivate you to get moving but will also help you make an impact in your community simultaneously.

    HeadSpace

Meditation is actually very beneficial to our health; we all need to disconnect every now and then. This app is your go-to if you’re looking for improved mental activity, patience, and healthy sleeping patterns.

    SleepCycle

We all aspire to maintain a healthy sleeping pattern; sleeping plays a crucial role in good health throughout our lives. This app will track your quality of sleep as well as your sleeping heart rate.

The most unique feature about this app is that it will actually wake you up during your lightest sleeping phase in the morning.

Ramadan and cooking go hand in hand. This app could be your cooking guide this month, offering you thousands of delicious Middle Eastern, as well as international, dishes and recipes in Arabic by some of the top chefs worldwide!

This application has the largest library filled with Arabic movies, and the latest exclusive dramas and shows making it the perfect destination for entertainment during Ramadan.

WE SAID THIS: The end of Ramadan is not the end, but the beginning of a new journey.
