With Red Bull always being ahead of the events industry game, especially the music scene, the leading energy drink brand is promising Egyptian concert-goers the weekend of their life! Remember the Red Bull Soundclash? Well, it’s back, but on steroids! Put your dancing shoes on and prep your vocal cords because the wings giver is holding not one, not two, but three Soundclash events at Mall of Egypt on the first weekend of April.
On the 4th of April 2019, get ready for a Jordanian night with Autostrad and Akher Zapheer. On the 5th, Wust El Balad and Jadal will be going head to head. As for Saturday night’s battle, Sharmoofers and Aziz Maraka will be setting the 6th of April’s stage on fire.
I’m not done yet, Egypt’s favorite duo, Disco Misr, will be granting us a warm-up session on all three nights! How good can this ever get?
In the past six years, there have been only three Soundclashes, and now another three in one weekend? That’s way too much for me to handle, especially that the anticipated weekend is bringing together two of the finest music combos in the industry; Egyptians and Jordanians! This leaves hard-core fans, like me, in a never-ending dilemma, which concert to attend?
Hmm. Fans have been missing Akher Zapheer since 2013, and let’s face it, Akher Zapheer singing Rahet Ya Khal and Autostrad singing Akherto Lahen Hazeen is something you don’t see every day. Disclaimer: I’ve no clue what are they planning to sing for us, those are just my fangirl fantasies.
What about day two? Well, I’d personally love to see heartthrobs Mahmoud Radeidah and Hany Adel in a music battle, or maybe sing together for a change?
As for day three, oh day three! Sharmoofers and Aziz Maraka are hands down the weirdest combo that can ever cross my mind and I’d want to see what they have in store for us, that’s for sure!
