Egypt has all the eyes on it at the moment, and it’s all because of the Gouna Film Festival. The humongous Gouna Film Festival in its second edition, that fosters communication among different cultures through the art of filmmaking, has just started on the 20th of Sept, and everyone is talking. With the whole world watching, the celebrities are bringing all the glam and looking real extra for this event. So, here are the red carpet best looks in the opening ceremony of the GFF18:

    Nelly Karim in Kojak

Nelly Karim looks mesmerizing in every and anything, but she chose to go all fancy this festival and wore a puffed magenta with a black leather bodice. It is giving us some Victorian vibes mixed with the modern world, and there is a lot of confusion about this dress. Also, her hair and makeup are on point. For the dress, it is so romantic, and it is as big as the event.

    Saba Mubarak in Micheal Cinco

    https://www.instagram.com/p/Bn9sjHxgVmh/?hl=en&taken-by=sabamubarak

Saba Mubarak went with a classic safe choice and color. She wore a gorgeous white, sparkly, fish tale dress, with feathers along the tail, and she completed the look with the perfect icy make-up look. The dress is the definition of perfection, and it is not new for the genius Designer, Micheal Cinco, who designed the illustrious gowns for the Bollywood actress Aishwarya Rai in the Canne film festival in the last two years.

    Shereen Reda in Taller Marmo

    https://www.instagram.com/p/Bn-_yIalpP6/?hl=en&taken-by=shereenredaofficial

Is she even real? We just can’t believe how gorgeous she is, it is really unfair. The Actress that comes from the Neverland, where nobody ages, looked stunning in a Taller Marmo dress. While the halter neck and the interesting material of the dress are doing a lot, the back of the dress is what makes Shereen Reda unbelievable. The round gold-chained detail at the back with Reda’s tan and perfect platinum hair is making her one of the best looks on the Carpet. Also, just a little appreciation to her toned arm, we need to know all about her workout routine.

    Nesreen Tafesh in Sadek Majed

The Syrian actress Nesreen Tafesh stole the show with her glimmering, princess-like gown by the Lebanese designer Sadek Majed. This dress is the type we only see on the internet and wonder if it can ever be worn for real because of the endless sparkle, the full skirt, and the off shoulder charm. While this dress can be seen as too much, it is too beautiful to say anything negative. Also,  Nesreen’s updo and sleek hair are matching with the whole theme, and she definitely looked royal on the carpet.

    Riham Hagag in Zuhair Murad

    https://www.instagram.com/p/Bn_73pwBzqt/?hl=en&taken-by=rihamhagag

It is becoming impossible for any red carpet not to have a Zuhair Murad stunning dress that everyone talks about, and it definitely happened with Riham Hagag this time. The Egyptian Actress Riham Hagag opted for a full gold glam Zuhair Murad gown, and it did not disappoint. The see-through dress might be challenging for some to wear, but Riham wore it with confidence, and it fit her like a glove. The gold details complemented her own skin color, and she finished her look with the right curls in hair.

Salma Abu Deif in Georges Hobeika

    https://www.instagram.com/p/Bn_lInpFIfZ/?hl=en&taken-by=salmaabudeif

While the red carpet was held in the city of colorful coral reefs, boats and the perfect summer beach, Salma Abu Deif looked like she was out of The Great Gatsby Everything in Salma’s look is Hollywood inspired with the full gown in gold gems, the perfectly matching 1920s clutch, and the full beaded tassels in the back of the dress. What makes this one of the best looks, is that we know that it was hard to pull off look, and she did it fiercely.

    Ingy El Mokadem in Kojak

    https://www.instagram.com/p/Bn9kOeanSjg/?hl=en&taken-by=injyelmokkaddem

Last but not least, the everlasting beauty, Ingy El Mukadem in the grayish lilac tulle dress with the glitter bodice. The dress looked surreal on Ingy, the color is so delicate, with the top adorned with tulle and sparkle details, and the extravagant tulle skirt with tail. That makes the sublime Designer Kojak mentioned twice in this list, and it is for a valid reason as his dresses are stealing all the attention.
