As always, the Creative Industry Summit never failed to impress us with their guests and exceptional talks. This year, their Ramadan Edition is tackling a variety of topics from a seasonal perspective. We’re pretty excited for this one, not just because we’re used to the event exceeding our expectations every single time, but because this time the diversity offered on the table looks quite promising.
This summit has a diverse line up of speakers as well as topics to be discussed and presented. Speakers who’ll be from Egypt, the entire MENA region, and Europe will be looking at a various from both global and regional perspectives rather than just a local one. This way, a talk would be more of an eye opener and a learning zone for participants in the event to observe and take notes. Speakers will also include people from different industries and companies such as Coca-Cola, Facebook, and leading advertising agencies, Tarek Nour Communications and FP7/MENA. Among the guests are Actress, Ingy El Mokadem; Film Director, Hany Khalifa. In addition to; Ahmed Hafez Younis, known as Fizo, Facebook MENA’s Head of Creative Shop; Christian Møller-Holst, CEO and Founder of Goodwings, and more.
An array of topics will be discussed ranging between travel related topics, celebrity endorsements, brand communication, idea generation, and even relating Ramadan to Christmas. For instance, Fizo will be taking us into the world of bringing people together and how the power of communities can change creative strategies in today’s mobile world. On another note, Tahaab Rais, FP7/MENA’s Regional Head of Strategy and MENA Truth Central, will be talking about an interesting topic, how Ramadan can learn from Christmas. Well, we wonder how!
What’s worth mentioning is that the winning cases of the prestigious Cannes Lions award in the categories of Good Health and Grand prix; the ones which charity campaigns take part in during Ramadan, will be showcased.
