9 Reasons Why Gouna Is the Best Escape From the City

El Gouna is one of those destinations that you can go to at any time of the year and know you’re still going to enjoy yourself. Whether you’re the type of person who needs peace and serenity or the type who loves to party and be adventurous, there’s definitely something for you.

Here are our reasons why El Gouna is definitely the best escape from city life:

    The beach is your office

    gouna2

Only a maniac would turn down the chance to work near a beach. Escaping to El Gouna mid-week is the perfect way to get your work done without having to worry about the pressures of the office life.

    The food is always incredible

    gouna3

For all the food lovers, although El Gouna seems small, it’s packed with restaurants featuring different cuisines, so you know you won’t get bored. The food is always good in El Gouna. P.S. You can drink at practically every restaurant, so you’re welcome.

    The people are amazing

    gouna4

The El Gouna that most of us are used to during peak times isn’t actually what El Gouna is like. In fact, it’s actually completely different. When it’s not holiday season, you get to meet the people who actually live in El Gouna, and trust me, they are cooler than all of your friends. They are the definition of chill.

There’s always something new to do

    gouna5

Although El Gouna is known for its nightlife, there’s actually so much more to it that people don’t really take advantage of. For example, you can learn to kite surf or wakeboard all year round and you can go on crazy safaris.

    The bars and clubs

    gouna6

Partying in El Gouna is a must; the people are always down to have a good time and they really know what they’re doing. You are bound to have a good night out no matter where you go.

    They have islands

    gouna7

If you’ve ever watched any movie filmed in Hawaii or some tropical island and thought to yourself, “OMG I wish I could go somewhere like that” – well, you can, and it’s not far away. El Gouna is pretty close to many islands that are even more stunning than what you have seen on your screen.

    The houses are gorgeous

    gouna8

No matter where you live in El Gouna, it’s very likely that your house will be gorgeous. The architecture is what makes El Gouna the luxurious resort that it is. The quality is good no matter where you go, so don’t even worry about it.

    Everything is five minutes away

    gouna9

One of the perks of living in a small resort is that you don’t have to deal with traffic or taking an hour to get anywhere. You could literally go from one end of El Gouna to the other in 15 minutes. If that doesn’t sound amazing, then I don’t know what does.

    You can study there

    gouna10

A lot of people don’t know that there are schools and a university in El Gouna, which make it so much more convenient for all of those laidback parents, because your kids would still be getting a good education while you chill by the beach.

WE SAID THIS: Don’t miss “Why Raising Your Kids by the Beach May be the Best Thing You Could Give Them”.
