The $68 million worth frame provides a 360-degree view of old and new Dubai; it was designed by the award-winning Mexican Architect Fernando Donis, who previously designed the Dubai Renaissance Tower and Porsche Design Towers.

The frame takes the visitors on a journey through old, present, and future Dubai. Starting with the mezzanine level visitors experience old Dubai, they then move into present Dubai on the sky deck level, and finally the visitors pass through a swirling tunnel with visual effects and audio that shows Dubai as pictured 50 years ahead.

With a museum on the ground floor that shows the historical story of Dubai’s transformation from a fishing village to metropolis. The frame’s capacity takes up to 1800 people per day and is open from 10 AM to 7 PM every day.
